Target Circle (TC), will launch nationwide on October 6th, following a year and a half of beta testing in several markets throughout the US. TC combines a variety of features, including 1% savings on purchases, birthday rewards and personalized focused offers and savings designed to make the program more attractive to consumers. This means Cartwheel goes away and TC will deliver a more seamless shopping experience!
It also includes a way for customers to vote on Target’s community giving initiatives, which helps direct Target’s giving to around 800 nonprofits in the U.S.
Full Circle:
The expansion of the loyalty program complements Target's branded credit card, Redcard, which only a quarter of its customers use.
Why TC Matters:
For customers: discounts, targeted programs, and easy pick up will keep Guests engaged and delighted as competition for digital and mobile share of voice continues.
